This is my girlfriends first year hunting. She’s not from a hunting family but became very interested in sharing my passion. After many close calls during bow season, she was fortunate enough to shoot not only her first buck, but she shot two 8 points on opening morning. Did I mention she is 20 weeks pregnant? I too was able to shoot a nice 8 point from the same stand, all 3 were dead within sight before 9am. I was also able to shoot a fawn killer to boot. One for the books for sure.
