I shot this buck at about 50 yards with my 450 Bushmaster (heart shot). The strange part was that there wasn’t a single drop of blood on the bright white snow. Luckily, I watched him crash on a nearby trail, otherwise I probably wouldn’t have found him. A clean shot, a good deer, and definitely a hunt I’ll remember.
