I haven’t gotten a buck since I was 12 and have been patiently waiting 13 years for this one. All the years of passing up smaller bucks has paid off. He caught me off guard at 20 yards. I had to shot him head on, he ran 30 yards and dropped. Shout out to my nephews for helping me track the doe that I shot right after.
