We have a weeks worth of photos of this buck leading up to this. Four of us who hunt this property have all seen him daylighting in the same area multiple times this week. One of us actually almost stepped on him bedded in some crp and 3 hours later he was back in the same spot. The next morning he slipped up and took his last breath. He came out after first light at 100 yards and Jake took the shot. Jake shot his first buck (a small six) about two weeks ago and really set the bar high with this only being his second buck.
