My personal best and first non-typical:
27 pounds, double bearded: 11.5″, 7.5″, left spur 1.5″, right spur broken off at 1.125″. 25 yards with my Mossberg 500 20 gauge, shooting Hevi-shot blended 5,6,7, 3″.

I caught this bird on trail cam and immediately made him my target bird. Opening morning he came in to my setup like a boss and put on a great show. I had him on the ground not even an hour after fly down. I took this bird on my dad’s farm where I’ve been hunting for 28 years. This birds pretty special to me and the first one taken in the snow. One of my best days in the turkey woods☺
