Been hunting this deer since Oct. 1st. Had him come in fast on me bout 1.5 wks ago. 12 yrds out. But couldn’t get around to shoot him with the bow This is my biggest buck to date. So so lucky. Perfect night out. So blessed tonight soo happy. All the rain, all the cold, hot days, all day sits and playing games with the wind. I finally got 1 if the 3 big boys in the property. Sat Nd watched 2 dies on a field edge that i can’t hunt, so I’m 50 to 60 yrds in the woods from there. Threw a few different types of calls out to maybe intice them to come in for a closer shot without brush in the way. I could have shot either one of those dose 2 or 3 times at that time. But I wait for a clear shot inside the woods. Den I throughout 3 buck grunts and No more than 5 minutes later I see another deer B lining from the woods across the field into my woods. It was 1 of the 3 bucks I’ve been hunting all season. He pushed those does in to an oak thicket and he followed but then caught the scent of a esters doe scent I had deployed and walk out of the thick just to the right if me. Turned to the smell and shot him. He jumped and ran 20 yrds and dropped.
