Drove the state land roads by my house looking for a spot I can set up to avoid other hunters. I saw birds about 20 minutes into my drive so I pulled into a parking space, loaded up and stalked the turkeys for a couple minutes. Had a tom down by 7:30 am and turkey sliders on my plate by dinner.
