I had 3 hens around the decoys and 2 toms started working toward me. Suddenly, they looked, turned, and started to move off. When I looked, I saw why they left. Here come this guy and another big tom and 3 jakes. As soon as they hit the field I gave a couple soft yelps. They looked, saw the decoys and strutted in to my set. I guess in my excitement I missed a chip shot but l was lucky enough he stopped at 47 yards and I took advantage this time. It was definitely a memorable evening hunt and my biggest turkey to date!
