Had 2 doe walking to me. Saw movement about 40 yards behind them. Got my binoculars on it and saw it was a nice buck. He had no interest in the does and walked a different direction. Walking further away from me and down the ridge. I gave a grunt. He looked my direction amd turned slightly while continuing to walk. I gave a second grunt, he turned and was walking along the hill about 60 yrds out. I gave a third grunt and he turned and walked back up the hill right to me butwas behind a tree. He made his way towards the 2 doe. Stopped in an opening in the leaves, quartering away from me, and I let it rip. Ran about 80 yards and dropped.
