Been chasing him and a few others since last season. After overhunting my stand a bit , I caught a glimpse of him chasing a doe into the bedding area and decided the next morning I was going in there since the end season was closing in . Saturday morning I slipped in there a little later than normal and about half way to my intended spot I heard him thrashing around . With only one good shooting lane I waited there on my chest. Few minutes later he crossed that lane nose to the ground. I let the Hypodermic fly and dropped him in his tracks at 40 yrds. He did get back up for another 10 yrds and expired there. Was patient all season passing on many young bucks and doe. Finally paid off.
