Grunted him in from 150 yards, he was snort wheezing and bristled up, making scrapes and rubbing bushes the entire way to me. At 40 yards he made a scrape where i had no shot as he was looking for the “other buck” which he couldn’t find. He walked away from me so when he got out to about 70 yards I grunted again and shook a limb on my tree to get his attention. It was all she wrote, he came in on a string and gave me 1 hard quartering away shot at 37 yards.
