Thanks everyone! I have been waiting so ever, NOT PATIENTLY lol for 2 years for a decent bow buck. We bought our new house two and a half years ago. 3 hunting seasons and this is the first buck to be harvested off our property. To add a little more feeling to this hunt my bow was stolen last year that I had won from Mike Avery. It shot 420fps.
My bow is still yet to be recovered. I was only able to hunt because my dad left his bow to my son when he passed away. I was previously hesitate to use it because it wasnt “my bow” and shot a little slower at 350 fps. But, I pulled it out half way through Oct because I couldn’t bare the thought of not being able to bow hunt.
Because of this, my hunt and this harvest has some special meaning to me. Not my typical shooter but my most heart felt hunt to date. ❤
