He came in chasing a doe. I watched him chase after the direction she ran and then he looped back to me. Took an opposite side shot with my crossbow from about 20 yards away. I “forrest gumped” him aka shot him in the buttocks. Arrow went straight up and thru him nicking his heart. Watched him run about 50 yards and fall over!
Been 3 years since I last took a deer so this was well earned!
