I got permission to hunt the back 5 acres of a 10 acre lot. Had this guy on camera all summer. Didn’t think he’d stick around during rut but he kept coming back to tend a scrape. He walked right under my blind towards the scrape. I shot him at 25 yards. He ran 15 yards and started to walk off. For a second I thought I missed him then he wobbled and dropped.
