First time participating in the youth hunt and it was a successful one. Got in the blind around 4:15 and didn’t have much action until the wind started to die down. At about 7:20 we heard some commotion behind the blind and about 2 minutes later Jordan caught movement coming from behind a tree and shortly after he seen it had horns! We had about a 6 foot window before he would cross into a thicker area so I told him once he had a clear broadside shot to take his time and let it fly. He ran about 40-50 yards and expired.
