Tried a spot before light and wasn’t getting any action as the morning went on so we decided to pack up and move. We drove a few miles down the road and saw him strutting in a private field that backed up to state land. So we walked from the parking area up and around state land to get into position. We set up half way up a ridge, called a few times and he came right out of that field over the ridge and right into the decoys.
