Had a 10 day deer camp like every year with great friends and my son .. wasn’t a ton of action but we managed to see some good bucks and have some close calls and heart pumping encounters with some giants .. Was quite all morning till a little buck coming running out of the thick thought it was a doe then heard branches breaking in the thick and out this brute stepped he lifted his head and I knew I wasn’t passing him , he walked by at 38yrd stopped prefect double lung ran 40yrds and I watched him drop. 9 point with a split brow.. Very thankful to be able to harvest a such a great animal and experience it with great friends and my son.
