I seen this deer in the first week of bow with another buck i had on cam but lost a chance at either of them due to a skunk. Then after that didn’t see anything in the woods except for glimpses of deer with no shots. The morning I got this buck though I wasn’t even going to plan on heading out but woke and got out to the stand about 6am, once it was light enough for me to see I stood up in the stand and about 10 minutes later I looked over my shoulder and seen 4 deer walking about 30 yards behind me. The 2 in front were does and I assumed the 3rd one back was as well but it was larger so I decided to lift the rifle to get a better look through the scope and seen that it was a buck, lined up the shot and he went about 40yrds before dropping.
