Was a crazy morning. Saw about 4-5 small bucks early and all of a sudden I hear my dad shoot from the other side of the property. He had taken 3 shots and then he told me over text that he had missed every shot and the buck was big and was headed towards me. Then 10 minutes later a buck who was limping came strolling out and not a minute later I dropped him out about 150 yards out. My dad ended up grazing his leg on the third shot. So it turned into a family event that morning! Couldn’t have asked for a better buck to harvest this year!
