I was watching some does walking behind towards this Crop field when i noticed this big bodied 8 point bedding 48 yards in front of my location, I tried grunting and doe bleating to get his attention with the rut approaching, nothing would work. After 10-15 mins of aggressively grunting and calling I happened to hear some ruffling behind me and here comes another big beautiful buck, I noticed one of his tines was close to 10 plus inches so as he walked in front of my stand he was kind of walking directly away, I told my self i should get an arrow in him. I pulled up, put my dot on his spine just above his lungs and shot, within 30 yards i watched him tip over, Spine to lung and got lodged into his heart, this was definitely an awesome buck to tagged out on.
