While sitting over looking the swamp on the north side of our property on a creek edge this buck and a doe hopped up out of the creek at 25 yards. The two deer caught me totally by surprise as my bow was still on the hanger stopped the buck and grabbed my bow. Took the shot at 30 yards. First bow buck and couldn’t be happier with him.
