Had a great halloween! Recovered my 7 point buck shot the evening before and harvested my 10 point buck 24 hours later. Immediately after getting into the stand Thursday evening a small 6 point walked through and about 30 mins later this nice 7 pointer comes in head down seeking. Arrow deflected off a tiny twig at 10 yards and hit him in the neck. 200 yard evening track then backed out and finished the rest
Of the 80 yards Halloween morning. Halloween evening is the same stand a small doe walks through then an older doe with this hoss of a 10 point following her. Threaded the needle from 40 yards. Hit a little back but he only ran 100 yards and piled up. Dragging two bucks out n the same day was some serious work but some of the most fulfilling as well!
