During my hunt this dandy had came in and started a scrape by this dead pine tree and started rubbing on this dead 3 inch thick branch. The branch ended up snapping and falling on his back and antlers. He snapped the branch with the snake of a head like it was nothing, giving him the name “snaps”. I was given the okay to harvest this deer and shot him at 75 yards, double lunged him and only went 45 yards.
