My 4 year old son Brantley talked me into going out late afternoon as I was busy catching up around home. I couldn’t resist taking him out as he came out with his camo jacket on begging to go. We spent more time setting up to hunt than the actual hunting. 2 hens and this tom came out about 150 yards away and he couldn’t resist my hen and Jake decoy. A few yelps to coax him in and the rest is history. He strutted in the whole time and I dropped the hammer at 35 yards. My son was pumped and excited for his turn behind the gun in the future. God is good!
