First time in a tree stand for my daughter. Took the crossbow because she was maybe going to shoot. After watching 2 doe and 3 yearlings she wasn’t ready to shoot a deer. 1hr later he came out. He gave me a small window at 47yrds. I love my bow but I’m glad I had that crossbow in that situation. Went 40yrds and dropped. I passed him up (10yrds) on the first hunt of the season with hopes my son would get a chance at him.
