Started hunting with my pops 10 years ago, barely seen a buck in the wild in those years. He passed back in february, so this is my first year hunting without him. Well needless to say hes still hunting with me. Got my first buck ever oct 20th, nice 7pt during archery, dropped where I shot him and last night, nov 16th, the biggest deer iver ever seen came in to 30 yds and gave me a broadside shot, piled up 60yds away. beautiful 8 pt. Great ending to a rough year!
