It was a slow morning, saw one small doe at first light. About 8am I heard some rustling behind me, figured it was a squirrel, after 2 minutes a spike popped out from right underneath me, but I still heard some noise behind me. This 7 came out about 30 seconds behind the spike. I got the bow back, sighted it, and let it fly. Dropped him at 20yds, but hit him just above the front shoulder, somehow paralyzed it, had to finish him with one more arrow…First Buck, First Archery Deer
