Found on the trail camera that we finally had some turkeys on the property. So we set up a pop-up and figured we would give it a shot. Within minutes had my first tom come through but couldn’t get a shot. Managed to gobble this guy in minutes later. Very first turkey, and I shot him with my great grandpas 16 gauge with a shell from the 70’s. Little over 17 pound bird with a 10.5 inch beard. Made for a fun hunt.
