I was just about to get out of my stand at 10:30am and this buck came in at 65 yards. I was confident in the shot but got worried when there was no blood sign. My husband drove out to meet me and we approached the wonderful neighbor about checking the property line inside his field. Sure enough, he only ran 40 yards before expiring with no blood trail at all. Heart shot! Been doing this sport for a long time, but first time ever tagging out after I harvested a nice 9 point during bow season. Love this sport!
