Sat down for 2 minutes and got a response to my first call. He sounded very close and didn’t get any close after gobbling to 6-7 calls. After 30 minutes I walked up to the ridge to look down and he was bed down with a hen. Walked 2 steps and the hen took off so took the shot at the gobbler at 45 yards.
