We missed the youth hunt, so I took my 7 year old son out with me for multiple evening hunts with a crossbow. His first shot was at a spike which he missed. A few days later this 6 point walked right in front of us at the end of the evening. A great first deer and I’m proud of him for a successful first deer season!
