Got in later than I wanted to. Got settled down, said my prayer, and I heard something walking in the woods. I looked to my right slowly and saw a rack and then a body. I quickly switched off the safety, calmed myself down , watched him come out into the field, pulled up the crossbow and he started taking off (not sure why I didn’t make noise and he wasn’t looking at me) but after 3 steps he stood broadside and I pulled the trigger. Double lung and heart at 20 yds. The rest is history. (No cast can stop me)
