I was just about to get settled into a midday nap when I spotted a doe walking to my right. Instinctively, I looked behind her and saw antlers touching the tree tops so I perked up and got into ready position. Of course, he stopped behind a tree and all I had was a neck shot shot so I held tight on the shoulder and waited for him to move. As soon as he came came forward, BANG, he dropped and the rest is history.
