It was a pretty warm morning for November, with a little breeze. When around 7:00 two little bucks walked right under my stand I decided to pass, I then saw a buck 50 yards chasing a doe. So I pulled out my grunt call and gave a little grunt. He didn’t even look up and kept chasing the doe. Luckily for me the doe he was chasing ran 7 yards from my stand. He was following and 7 yards quartered away I took the shot he ran about 30 yards and stopped and for about 40 minutes just slowly walked away I then watched him bed down about 120 yards away squirming around on the ground. It was about 7:35 when I shot him I waited in my stand until 9:00 and got down when we came back to get him he hadn’t moved from where I last saw him.
