Rough start to the morning, when someone had cut one of the legs off of my tripod blind on public ground. Made it work for the morning but decided to switch spots back to private at night. About 5 o’clock I stood up to stretch and turned behind me and there he was staring at me. Waited for him to look away, and grabbed the gun. After a few bounds I gave my best meh and he stopped where I had about a ten inch hole through the branches on my tree to shoot. Perfect heart shot, and he only ran about 20 yards. Only saw him for no more than ten seconds, and he was laying dead. Good end to the day after a rough morning! My biggest to date.
