I dont know where to begin as this past week was full of downs, ups, downs and ups. This past week my grandmother passed unexpectedly and was left with an empty hole in my heart. Took a trip out of town with my wife to celebrate our 5th anniversary and then came back to put my grandma to rest. Wake on Sunday and Funeral today. After the funeral I needed to get up in a stand, its my place to think, heal, pray and try to understand things about life. I got up in my stand and immediately was thinking about this whole last week. Said some prayers and talked to my grandmother and letting her know how lucky I was to have her as my grandma and that I will work on passing her Love that she showed me and all of her family and everyone she knew. Pass the love she gave us on to generation after generation. I brought a picture up there with me and was looking at her and I heard a Voice in my head clear as day “Look Up” as I looked up and looked around I saw this deer coming in. One I have had on camera and was definitely my target buck. A beautiful 3-4 year old 8 with alot of Mass. I was able to get a shot off and watched him kick with the swhacker broadhead passing through. Knowing that i got a great shot. I felt so many emotions, confusion, love, joy, feeling my grandmothers presence was there with me and it was her that knew I needed this UP moment today. I love you Grandma and I will forever miss you. But even tho you are gone out of my site. You are with me in my mind and in my heart forever and I know you will always be looking over me. ❤🙏 may you rest in peace with Jesus. Thank you Dad for coming out to help me on this sad day. It was a memory we can have together. One Grandma wanted us to have.
