After seeing this buck on Friday night, I went back to where I thought he’d be bedded on Saturday. After not seeing any deer, I looked over my left shoulder and he stood up 87 yards away. He bedded back down, I watched his antlers for 45 minutes. I decided to put a stalk on him and got to within 8 yards of him. I put a great shot on him and my dad watched the entire stalk thru his binoculars. The buck then ran to the North and died 50 yards from pops.
