Been hunting this field all season. Decided to step out of the blind and lay in a ditch this time. Seen some hens and a Tom over by my blind….(dang it) Was almost ready to give up when 4 toms came up over a hill. Ignored my decoys at first, gave them a few yelps and then they turned and walked towards me. Was laying down for a few hours so I was ready to get up. 1st year, 1st Turkey!
