Best hunt of my life! Shot the doe at 7:45 and not even 15 minutes later I spot this buck walking straight towards me about 70-80 yards away, he finally turned and was quartered just enough for me to get a double lung shot on him at 40 yards. Ran maybe 20 and then dropped. First buck ever on an amazing morning. I’ll never forget the feeling!
