This day was amazing and it’s still sinking in. The 450 did the work. I had some does out in the beans and he popped out of the finger of the woods about 200 yards away. I watched him make a scrape but kept following a small doe out into the beans. I knew this was my chance. It was like he was on a string. At about 150 yards she turned and started heading away. I thought oh no. He kept walking and then stopped broadside. I was shaking like a leaf, took 4 deep breathes and settled in. He was still there. I touched the 450 off. He stood there then took a couple steps and slowly went down in the beans. I knew he was done. TAGGED OUT!!!!
