Got set up in the blind this morning, we had several bucks all around us that were just to far away, finally around 8:40 this guy made his way towards us, he gave us a couple shots around 80 yards but he couldn’t get on him, he made his way to the left of us behind some weeds and we thought he was gone into the ditch. He popped back out around 20 yards and that’s when Nico put it on him and made the shot, dropping him. This was Nico’s first buck, he is 4 years old and we’ve been working hard on shooting this late summer. Very exciting for both of us.
