After not seeing this buck since Oct 5th I figured he had been taken already. But at 7:45 in the morning I had a doe come by at 30 yards and less than a minute after, I heard a loud branch break and out came this buck. He started making a scrape at 30 yards so I drew back and he didn’t present a shot for about 3 minutes… once he turned I was able to shoot. He went 50 yards and expired. Biggest buck I’ve taken so far!
