Took the day off joking with my wife that Halloween was the best day to hunt and almost didn’t go sit this morning. About 6:50 grabbed the stand and headed for the woods. By the time I got the sticks and everything up I didn’t think I’d see anything. Watched him chase down a 6pt and come through my food plot looking to fight at about 8:50 and that was it. First buck with a compound. I’m stoked! 21 years of hunting with a bow and being just too picky about bucks I said enough was enough and he was the one. Very thankful!
