I had pictures of this buck in the daytime on November 1st. Hunted hard for a shooter most of November. November 8th a buddy of mine that owns land to the south of mine shot this buck and had lost it. Called in hounds with no luck. November 15th I hunted a good breeding area in the morning and in the evening had a plan to hunt a spot that was a transient from bedding to food. On my way into the stand I grabbed the trail cam card and headed up the tree. To my surprise he had been there every day since the 13th! Around 5pm two does came into a little field in front of me at about 20 yards. Watched them for about 20min and heard grunting closing in quick out of the thicket. He appeared at 20 yards and I smoked him with the 450!
