We had this buck on the trail cams all year at night, saw him once during the day during bow season. Praying he’d step out on opening day, around 7:15am on opening day saw his antlers coming up over a hill in a cut down corn field, grunted at him and got him to turn our way at 136 yards to get a shot. Took my first shot & hit him and he took off running, unloaded my clip on him and missed every shot. Wasn’t sure if I got him or not, found him 70 yards from the last spot we saw him.
