I was 15 at the time I have not shot anything this big(I’m 16 now), a lot of my friends that this youth season was going to be the best time of my hunting this year. When I was walking around in the morning I was kind of tired but I was pumped for the day I never knew how much this day would mean to me. We seen a few doe’s in the morning but I told my grandpa that I wasn’t after any doe’s. So in the evening we went out and seen quite a few doe’s again but we waited it out and right as I thought nothing big was going to come out before dark, I seen the biggest buck in my life so I pulled up in my scope and was trying to get steady and when I shot he ran maybe 50 yards and dropped it was the best feeling of my life
