Went in blind to an area that has produced in the past. Tickled some antlers together and after a few minutes this guy came out of a bedding area a little too curious. He hit a few trees on his way over to me, gave me ann opportunity to draw and eventually stopped to rub a tree 23 yards away quartered to. I squeezed off and watched my nock sink right into his shoulder and stick in the back of his sternum. He broke the arrow off ran about 30 yards and stopped to look back. After about 10 seconds he started to tip and passed about 30 seconds later. I feel beyond blessed to take another one of God’s beautiful creations we all love chasing.
