First time hunting this property scouted the night before. Set up the stand in the morning in the dark hour and half before light. First light had 4 doe 2 fawn and a basket rack bottom of tree down wind. After feeding and bedding for 2 hours they wondered off so I rattled about 20 mins late saw my buck cross around 80 yards disappeared into a thicket so I grunted and he popped out 10 mins later heading down wind around 50 yards he slowly crept into bow range 43 yards quartering to slightly one small window threaded the needle and he ran 20 yards and expired. Largest bodied deer I have harvested.
