Doubled up today, have had a series of mishaps all season every chance I’d get a shot at something decent. Today I had the 7 point come by and I figured well this is the best opportunity I’ve had I might as well take it, shot him at 20 yards watched him go down, racked another round and as I turned around I saw the 9 going to check does in the field next to where I hunt, I grunted he didn’t care and as soon as I rattled he did a 180 degree turn and came into my property I hunt and gave me a shot at 30 yards and dropped in his tracks.
