Never had any history with this buck. Shot him Sunday evening while sitting with my 8 year old son and let him lay overnight. Went back Monday morning and my father son and I followed a blood trail almost 1.5 miles long. Lost blood and hoped he survived. 10/29/21 a neighboring farmer sends me a picture of the buck he found while out in his fields. 10/30/21 reunited with the buck although not the way I had planned but put closure on the week! This bucks for my son for not wanting to give up!
